Although I have a phone I often don't get a chance to answer it so message is always best. If phone is your only means of contact, if you don't have a computer, then it's best to phone later on in the day, between 5pm and 6pm are preferred as this is my quietest time, I'm often in the middle of something or with a customer during the day. Having your request in writing is always better for me so I can check back on what you have asked for, another reason I prefer messages.

Our general hours are:

Monday 9am- finish for pre orders only, no individual cake slices available today

Tuesday 9am-finish for pre orders only, no individual cake slices available today

Wednesday 9am-finish for pre orders only, no individual cake slices available today

Thursday 9am-6pm open as usual for all your cake needs

Friday 9am-6pm open as usual for all your cake needs

Saturday 9am-3pm open as usual for all your cake needs as well as doughnuts

From October my hours reduce slightly, usually 9am-4:30pm and 10am-3pm on a Saturday.

I'm on my own most of the time so please bear with me.

Facebook or instagram message are the quickest and most reliable way to get hold of me. My emails often go to spam so if you have emailed and haven't heard back please try another way as I probably haven't seen it!

I always try to reply to messages on the same day, but as we're often very busy during the day this is done first thing in the morning, before I go to work and in the evening when I have finished work. 

Please make sure you have all (or as much) of the information I have asked for from the "when ordering" form, which can be found on the Prices page, in your first message, this will save me so much time and leave me more time to make cakes, thank you.
