Animals

When ordering please remember to include

1) cake size (either tin size or how many slices you'd like, these can be found on the prices page)
2) cake flavour and filling flavour (these can be found on the prices page)
3) decoration please include as much detail as possible with photos of the birthday boy or girl or animal, I usually copy the photo I'm sent so please make sure it is how you'd like them to look, if it's a pet please make sure to include any signnificant markings, tail, etc.
4) date of celebration we will have your cake ready for 3pm (Monday to Friday) on the day you ordered it for, or from 9am if ordered for a Saturday. If you'd like to collect in the morning while we are closed please let me know when ordering as this will depend on when we bake and decorate your cake.
5) wording a simple message like "Happy Birthday Mum" any more than this can take up a lot of space on the cake so is best written in a card.

Shark playing a game

This was a 10" raspberry cake with the birthday boys two favourite things, sharks and computer games.

Rabbit with some carrots

This was a 7" vanilla cake with a rabbit.

Unicorn and rainbow

This was an 8" vanilla cake with a bright happy unicorn and rainbow.

Fat seagull

This was an 8" lemon cake with a cheeky fat seagull having a rest after stealing a load of food. I've made a few versions of this cake and you can have your favourite food added.

This was a topper to go on the customers own cake.

Sloth

This was an 8" gluten free chocolate cake for a father and sons joint birthday. The sloth was a model, the bike was an edible image cut out.

Man and his dogs

This was a 12" chocolate and coffee cake with the birthday boy hard at work tidying up the burial chambers with his two dogs helping.

Crab

This was a 7" lemon cake with a crab topper.

Favourite pets

This was an 8" chocolate cake with a select few of the birthday boys favourite animals. He lives on the farm where we get our eggs so had a few animlas to choose from.

Lemur

This was a 9" vanilla cake with a topper of lemur. This is one of my favourite toppers I've ever made and I didn't want to see him go. I was so pleased when the birthday boy, who was only 5, wanted a realistic lemur rather than a cute cartoony one.

Loads of pets!

I must admit I was a bit shocked when I got the order for this cake topper. This was to go on the customers own cake. There were four dogs and ten cats as well as a bottle of champagne!

Artists dogs

This was an 8" coffee and walnut cake with the birthday girls artwork and her two beloved dogs.

Jack russels

This was an 8" chocolate cake with the birthday boy with all their dogs. Even their dog that had recently passed away was hiding at the back nibbling the cake.

This was a 7" chocolate cake with the birthday girl on her ever patient horse.

This was a 5" chocolate cake with one of the birthday girls many animals.

This was an 8" vanilla cake with the birthday girls two gorgeous dogs.

Tortoise

This was a 5" lemon cake with the birthday girls pet tortoise. A simple animal works well on a small cake like this.

Chocolate cake with dogs

This was one of our 5" detailed chocolate cakes with toppers of the family's three dogs. I don't put toppers on the actual cake with this sort of cake as the ganache dissolves them within a couple of hours.

This was a 6" rich fruit cake with a topper of their lovely dog with it's favourite toy.

Window display

This is one of our window display cakes for 2021. It's covered in magical creatures and a few of my pets. It was such fun to make. It is an 8", 6", 4" cake on a 12" board.
