Semi naked cakes
These cakes are filled and covered in either buttercream or ganache. They don't have a layer of sugar paste covering them so are quite simple in design. We don't usually put toppers on these cakes as the moisture in the ganache will dissolve the toppers after a few hours and you can't get the same results on the buttercream cakes.
These cakes are filled and covered in your choice of filling with a final layer of sugar paste. We use a thin layer of sugar paste which allows for detailed decorations and toppers to be added to the cake.
Extravagant chocolate cake
This is a very popular cake for chocolate lovers. We don't usually put toppers straigt on to these cakes as the ganache can dissolve the toppers within a few hours. We can either put a shielding layer of chocolate over the ganache, or the toppers can be placed to the side of the cake on the board. Or they can just be left as they are.
Rich fruit cakes
Doughnuts and pizza dough
Every Saturday, even throughout the winter we offer fresh doughnuts and pizza dough. During the busy summer months we sell out almost as quickly as we can make them so it's always best to book yours in advance to avoid dissapointment.
